BOTTOM LINE TO SUCCESS:
- DOWNLOAD / DISTRIBUTE THE SUPPORTERS LIST TO STUDENTS AND ANNOUNCE THE FUNDRAISER LAUNCH DATE.
- BE SURE THAT EVERY STUDENT HAS THEIR SUPPORTERS LIST FILLED OUT WITH 20+ QUALITY CONTACTS (W/EMAIL)
- COMMUNICATE YOUR WHY TO THE STUDENTS AND TIE THE FUNDRAISER BACK TO YOUR WHY.
The Supporters List
WHEN: a few days prior to your campaign launch date.
The teachers / sponsors that can communicate and inspire (or require) that the students take the supporters list seriously will see stronger results. You should communicate that you expect students to provide 20+ quality supporters with EMAIL and they should be written down on the Supporters List worksheet. The best window for distributing the supporters list is 2-3 days before your fundraiser launch date.

How to login to your InstaRaise Sponsor Dashboard
Go to www.instaraise.com and type your email in where you see "sponsor login". Once you are logged in, you'll be able to see which students have registered, how many active contacts they've entered AND how much they've raised. If needed, click on "forgot password" to reset your password. If you are having any trouble getting to the Sponsor Dashboard, please send a quick email to [email protected].
Campaign ID
If you haven't received your campaign ID yet, send a quick text to your FloridaFundraiser.com representative or send an email to [email protected].
Fundraising Launch
When: The InstaRaise launch will occur at your 2-3 days after you distribute the supporters list.
Secure a space in the building that has a solid wifi signal as the students will be using their smart device to register, text and reach out to donors during the meeting. If students on your campus are not allowed to use their smart device during school hours, we can use a laptop. If using laptops, please provide an easy to find link using Canvas, Schoology or remind that goes to www.instaraise.com

Print 3-4 copies of the QR CODE flyer and write your campaign ID on the flyer.
