      • Recognize students who enter 10+ quality contacts.
      • View the student dashboard.
      • Hold a 4-5 minute texting campaign. Students can send text messages from their dashboard.
      • Show the InstaRaise Leaderboard and celebrate ANYONE who has raised $1 or more. Show the leaderboard EVERYDAY during the bell-ringer time or as students are setting up.
      • Password is the student’s last name (lowercase).

NOTE: Returning students should REGISTER and use the same email as the previous campaign, the InstaRaise platform will find them based on their email address and prompt them to login. If prompted to login, the returning students should try their last name as the password. A password can be reset on the teacher Dashboard.

For students who are not prepared and need to finish at home, they can return to their dashboard at home by scanning the "REGISTER/LOGIN" QR code on the kickoff PDF.

In class texting approach
Depending on your school's phone policies, allow the students to participate in an in-class texting campaign. Students can send text messages from their InstaRaise dashboard or they can use the SHARE BY TEXT QR code on your kickoff flyer. Have the students record how many adults they shared their fundraising page with by text.

Create small teams and raise more funds!

It's likely that 1/3 of your students will have no issue with participating and supporting this campaign; it's also likely that 2/3 of your students won’t feel like doing this fundraiser or sending text messages. All the research I've read says that when students work together, they have more will power and motivation to do things that they don't automatically feel like doing. If you can get these “on the fence” students working together, you will be surprised at what they will accomplish when they work as a part of a group. Use the team goal charts to create a "2 pizza team". That's a team small enough that you could feed them with two pizzas. Have these students work together to send 100 - 125 text messages to adults who might support their campaign.

THIS IS IMPORTANT: Tell them they can go ahead and shade in 2 squares to give everyone a little head start to their goal of 20 – 25 text messages.
