TERMS OF USE / END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of services provided by CRankin Enterprises, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through FloridaFundraiser.com and related systems.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION
Our platform and connected systems are used to support school fundraising initiatives, facilitate apparel sales and order fulfillment, and automate internal business processes including invoicing, reporting, and communication.
This system is intended for use by authorized users including school representatives, customers, and internal personnel.
2. LICENSE AND ACCESS
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for lawful business and fundraising purposes.
You agree not to misuse or interfere with the system, attempt unauthorized access to data or systems, or use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activity.
3. ORDERS, PAYMENTS, AND FULFILLMENT
Orders placed through our platform are subject to product availability and production timelines.
Payment processing is handled by third-party providers.
Fulfillment timelines may vary based on order type, including bulk orders, print-on-demand orders, and campaign-based orders.
All sales may be subject to applicable taxes.
4. FUNDRAISING PROGRAMS
Fundraising results may vary and are not guaranteed.
Participation in fundraising programs is voluntary.
Schools and organizations are responsible for their own internal distribution of funds.
5. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS
We use third-party systems to operate our services, including QuickBooks Online, Airtable, n8n, payment processors, and fulfillment partners.
We are not responsible for outages, errors, or issues caused by third-party services.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, branding, workflows, and materials provided by CRankin Enterprises remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
Customers retain ownership of their submitted artwork but grant us permission to use it for production and fulfillment.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service.
8. DATA USAGE
Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time for violation of these terms, misuse of the platform, or operational or legal reasons.
10. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updates.
11. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
